Ammon's Hospital Birth Picture

I was able to find Ammon's Hospital Birth picture. Look at those chubby cheekers! He has grown so much in the last 10 months! We didn't buy these pictures because we had so many of our own pictures but most of them included a bunch of cords and monitors in them because he was put in the NICU several hours after this picture was taken. I just love how peaceful he looks here after going through his birth. Here you can see his cone head. My mom freaked out when she saw him right after birth because she's never seen a cone head baby before. All the births she's been a part have were c-section and all the babies had perfectly round heads. Ammon's head rounded out suprisingly fast. Bodies are so amazing how they can adapt and change based upon our needs!

The 4th of July

We spent a good part of the 4th of July up at Porcupine Dam hanging out and chasing snakes on the shore. We found out after we got there that there is a good cliff to go cliff diving just on the other side of the lake. So next time I'm up there I'll have my swim suet and a life jacket to swim to the other side.
Later that night after we went home and took a good nap we went to the park to play. Ammon didn't really like the spiny toys (me and Tyeanna made ourselves sick having so much fun on them) but he loved the swing, we would swing him high and he would squeel and giggle. This is his scrunchy-nose face that we've been trying to get a picture of for months.

I had a really bad incounter with one of our neighbors a couple of weeks ago, and yesterday I found out where she lives. Her name is Poison Ivy, and by the time I get through with her she won't be bothering anybody. It started out when I found a really ichy rash on my leg, lucky for me I barely brushed the leaf. I tracked the plant down to the pond where me, Ammon, and Kathorine went fishing. I'll diffenetly be keeping my eye out for any more, that is a plant I don't want to mess with again. -Darren
