Family Pictures

Megan Poulton from Pocatello, Idaho took our family pictures a few months ago. She did such an amazing job! The kids were both sick and cross and she did a great job getting some fun pictures. Thankyou Megan for being patient with us and making this such a great experience!

Alivia and Daddy's feet. How fun is that!

Ammon was done that this point and it was really cold outside!

Isn't she precious in her blessing dress! I love the tongue sticking out!

So, Alivia is almost crawling. She is turning in circles and is getting her feet underneath herself with bottom in the air. It's so cute! She reaches and grabs for everything and it often catches me off guard. I almost had a bowl of chili in my lap yesterday. She loves her BIG brother and laughs hysterically at him all the time. Ammon is in to everything and SO independent. We are working on some discipline methods. Splashing in the face with water seems to get his attention and time out seems to be working pretty good for the moment. He doesn't respond to spanks (he just laughs at me). He's a very fun boy though! We love him to pieces!!! He comes up with the funniest dance moves and makes us laugh every day! What can I say, my kids are the best!

New Nephew

Darren and I were able to go see our cute little nephew when he was born. Thanks Natalie for letting us invade your space. He is the cutest little boy with such fun little sounds and faces! We are so excited to welcome baby Boston into our family!

Random Pictures of the Past

I just have so many cute pictures of the kids that I haven't posted so I thought I would share them with everyone. Isn't this smile just adorable!

Above is a picture of Alivia in my blessing dress that my mom made me. Isn't it gorgeous!

I thought this was so cute. Ammon was reading to Alivia and he thought it was so fun.

Mom found this outfit for Alivia and it is so soft and cuddly and it also looks adorable on her!

We had a Valentines Party at Grandma Johnson's and the kids had a blast playing together. Here are Ammons two mothers playing on the fire place. Ammon loves to stand on this ledge and jump off.
Grandma J with the two cutest babies! Neither of them look too happy but I promise, they love their Grandma to death!
Brindy was so excited that I let her hold baby Alivia! She did so well holding her and keeping her happy. She was such a proud cousin.More faces of Alivia. Her tongue is her favorite.

New things

So, Ammon's new thing is to go down the stairs face first on his stomache. He was hollering out this morning while I was in the kitchen and I went to check on him because it was taking him forever to come down the stairs and I found him half way down the stair case holding himself up with his arms and his face was bright red. I had to laugh but I guess I'll have to watch him more carefully now. Ammon just got over having pink eye and now Alivia has it. Fun stuff!

We had a suprize B-day party for Darren on monday. It was fun to have some friends over and eat delicious homemade pizza and ice cream pie!!! Happy Belated birthday hubby. Glad Karmeron and Whitney brought a ginormous bag of candy for his present because that's all he got other than breakfast at IHOP from his parents. Thanks for coming up and celebrating G & GJ!

Alivia's personality

Alivia's personality is starting to really shine! She's giggling and laughing all the time. She smiles as big as her mouth will go and loves her brother Ammon. It is so adorable when Daddy can get her to talk non stop in the evenings. It's so fun to see the differences between her and Ammon. She's such a girl and Ammon is such a boy! Alivia loves to stick her belly out by arching her back and she doesn't mind bath time (if the water is cool). She's such a good baby. We're very blessed to have her as part of our family and we are loving getting to know her better. Ammon is getting more and more comfortable with her. He loves to laugh at her and make her giggle. I'm so glad he loves having her around!

Can you tell I love my girl?

I just can't stop taking pictures of my babies. Here's a few recent ones of Alivia:

At Grandma Johnson's. She's such a happy girl all the time!
Auntie Tessa and Alivia at the mall. Look at her beautiful hair!

Tummy time. She rolled over onto her back several weeks ago but hasn't done it since.

More pictures to come

My internet is being silly so more updates will have to come later. I'm too tired to be patient enough to try uploading the pictures a third time.

Baby Blessing

We had a great turn out at Alivia's baby blessing. It was a beautiful day and so fun to have family here. We blessed her after church on the stage because all of the rooms were filled with another ward. Darren gave a beautiful blessing and Alivia slept most of the time. Her dress was given to her by her Great Grandma Goodall and the white blanket was made by her Grandma Goodall. She looked so gorgeous! We celebrated with food afterwards of course. Thank you to everyone that helped prepare, setup, take down and bring food! I couldn't have done it without everyone's help! The kitchen in the church was FREEZING cold while preparing food but we all survived.
